International orders
All JET Lite systems ship with a universal wall supply. This wall supply will automatically synchronize to your country’s voltage and frequency. You will need to buy a plug adapter to convert our two prong US standard plug to your country’s plug configuration. These adapters can be purchased from travel stores.
JET LITES WARRANTY IS ONLY IN EFFECT ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLACED DIRECTLY WITH THE FACTORY.
We reserve the right to refuse warranty service on products purchased through a second party.

When ordering specify the product part number and bulb wattage. We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards.
We need the following information so we can process your credit card.
- Your complete credit card number with expiration date
- Your credit cards issuing bank’s phone number.
- Your credit cards 3 digit security code located on the signature strip.

International orders are shipped via US Postal Service Global Express Mail and are fully insured. Add $40. per unit to our published retail price for shipping; some locations may be higher. Orders will be delivered in approximately two weeks. UPS or FedEx service is available at the courier's published rates.
